Is there anyway to make a very high elastic modulus mesh body as a rigid body?

I have a model with many high elastic modulus mesh bodies which can act as rigid bodies.

Now it is very slow to solve.

I suppose by transforming them to rigid body that way could make the solving much faster.

Is there anyway to make them as rigid bodies?

Hi Tuan Nguyen,

N2S or S2S should not matter. The consideration for node to segment contact is, fine meshed body should be slave / touching body.

And for a deformable - rigid contact pair, rigid body will always be the master body. Hence if you use N2S, for meshed rigid to deformable contact, make sure that the deformable body has fine mesh .

For S2S, master / slave concept is does not exist, so there should not be any issue.
