World Series 2011

Gotta love those Tigers. The team is so deep with talent and they all had a great month of september and that is how I usually judge the winner. Of course they better not play Penny. We will probly play "Da Stanks" the team I am worried about is Boston and plenty of concern about Texas. I think I would rather them play the Da Stanks before they get their game on. Have no idea about any of the National teams. Anyone live in a National League city that keeps up and knows who hot?

i'm a cubs fan and i can tell you they haven't been a threat since 1908. The stinkin' cardinals always seem to sneak their way in and they've done it again thanks to atlanta having a terrible september. Last time the cardinals got in that way, they won it all.

well it was not to long ago they were in the American League. So I can understand why they are the best of the national league. Like we say here, the national league is where teams go when they cant really compete at a true professional level

Not only do you have a "World Series", you also have a "National league" and an "American league"?

What's the difference between "american league" and "national league" - wouldn't these two be the same?
