So if we were to add beer to the food pyramid would beer be the foundation or the pinnicle? That's a tough one I think. Seeing as how the Egyptians paid their workers in beer I want to say beer is a foundation and supports all other food groups but there are those beers that are just so good that I want to say they are the pinnicle of food and that they represent the top of our culinary achievments. Decisions...decisions??????
