Just got us a Grab Shapper 3D Scanner Ai810

Hello,
I will be trained on this for 5 days. Is this machine easier to learn tha PC DMIS software? We also have 3 CMM PC-DIMIS 2011 MRI and will be upgraded to 2015 also next year. I'm the only programmer and 2 unexperience operator and works are filling with projects. Any thoughts on this?

It appears that you have your work cut out for you. I remember being in the exact same situation, but it was a laser tracker and only 2 days training. And the inexperienced operators will be more of a hindrance than anything. I hope your programs are bulletproof! In all honestly, best of luck to you. I had to leave that job for the same reasons you mentioned above.
