Do have to reset all that up for every part? What if you have a part that gets 30pcs ran....that a lot of re-gluing.
Not really, you can find a way to place some sort of stop so that you dont have to run Manual Align. I have ran production quantity parts using just the chuck or the vice, never had to run manual align. Just orient the part accordingly and GO
