Haveco Tool in Lake Villa IL (midway between Chicago and Milwaukee) is looking for a full-time, first shift CMM programmer/QA inspector.
Machine is a Brown & Sharpe 4.5.4 SF, software is PC-DMIS 2013 Pro.
3 years minimum experience PC-DMIS, 5 years minimum general inspection.
We need someone to program efficiently online from customer prints, and show others how to run those programs. Standard inspections, also (calipers, mics, height gage, comparator, pins, etc). Must have excellent understanding of G D & T.
We need your experience to help us set up a finely-tuned, smooth-running quality department - plenty of autonomy in this position!
