Suggest New Features screwed up the forum header

The new "Suggest New Features" option in the header has made the forums options disappear. There is no "New Topics", "Forum Actions" etc. It also seems to have center justified the "address" bar of the forums.

"Suggest New Features" should have it's own section in the top line ("Forums" "Hex Met U" "Course Catalog" etc).

I blocked it (uBlock Origin) and found the missing New Topics, Mark Read, etc. hiding underneath.

Yeah, that is the problem. The new menu item was added by somebody using a large screen, so it tested fine. For us mere mortals with smaller screens, it wraps to the next line and covers up our submenu.

Fixed now!
