its definitely better to work inside in the AC. I recently told my employer that I was looking for a new job and they did give me more money however I don't think the money really matters when your not happy with the company or your boss. Yes it helped for a little while but I am still not happy here. I have applied to multiple job listings from indeed and zip recruiter and I have got a few call backs but I haven't followed them through. I need to pull the trigger soon before its too late. I do not believe I am being paid what I'm worth, I have looked up annual pay scales for CMM programmers and I am at the low end. Again these are salaries listed on the internet so I don't know how much is true. Either way in the end I will be fine and make it to where I'm suppose to, just might take a little to get there. I think the reason I'm searching for help is because I don't know what's out there and I don't want to fail. I believe I am good enough for most places, I just wish I knew. I don't have a mentor here or any programs from prior programmers that I could look at and learn from. I am a one horse show and I am a hell of a performer.
