There were some posts here about areas, and then they made me think (yes, it's possible, sometimes )
The area of a L shape squared surface is easy to calculate :
If I draw a circle centered in O, passing through (a,b)and (b,a), saying the radius = 1, then I can write :
a=cos(a) and b= sin(a)
then :
The software only does the math you tell it to (and a bit on the background, of course.) You have to sort of train it, and yourself, these general practices.
As far as I understand theres not a button that says "Get me the area of this part".
That being said, there are a gajillion ways to go about doing probably anything; this is an example.
