i have a Sheffield Discovery, MCR20 stylus tree. When it picks up certain tips, the slot stays open. It just started doing it recently and I don't know why. It only does it on tips 8 and 9. I haven't changed anything. Any thoughts?
Alcohol and q-tips is what I use. If its really bad (which i've never had yet) I'd pull it off and do a thorough deep clean to it. That would obviously require recalibration.
