We use TE-CO, Swift-fix and Swift-Fix plate on the smaller CMM's. The company made their own CMM mounted slide out plates for the larger CMM's. This made it easier to load and unload the casting parts. All of the offline programming uses a complete component assembly using SolidWorks. Almost 99% error free programming offline process for DCC execution that requires no Jog box.
