building a probe

I am trying to add a 4MMX100MM Carbon tip. I can not get it to add the 100MM to it. it keeps defaulting back to TIP4BY75MM_CF.

What am I doing wrong?

    If you are editing a text file from the PROBE.DAT
    C:\Program Files\Hexagon\PC-DMIS 2020 R1 64-bit
     file make sure you are pasting it to a usrprobe.dat file in the correct directory. C:Program Data/Hexagon/PC-DMIS/version

    Restart vesion.
