Yeesh. I'd go with the 4 years. After 20 years in prison there would always be the stigma, even if you are exonerated. If you are screwed either way, I'd choose more time to be free.
Prison is one of my biggest fears. Just ahead of becoming a truck driver. (that is a different story) so I would take the 4 years.
