Had the choice between a CBR 600 and a Ninja 250r as an 18 year old fresh out of high school. I chose the 250 since I wasn't too familiar with bikes (rode a dirt bike a few times here and there.) and I also knew I would most likely get myself killed if it went fast enough. So I rode my 250r at 70mpg for a year to and from work and to parties and such. Loved it for a couple of months and after that regretted getting the "safer" choice.
Sold her to build me a new pc while I was in the military and since then I got married and had 3 kids. Now I try once a month to convince my wife to let me get another one. Its been 9 years :'(
Yes but its not about the money. its about the kids. I understand where she is coming from. She lets me do what ever else i want as long as there is no chance of leaving my kids fatherless lol.
