One of the big selling point (among MANY) to getting my new job is that I can train and am successful with it. Look at LIL SQUATCH. He knew the very basics before he started working with me but now he is good at analyzation and making solid strides in programming. His progress is due to my training but also his exceptional work ethic and drive to learn.
