This doesn't really have to do with the vaccine itself so it shouldn't fall under EUA protection. They could have given those children Morphine, at 3x the recommended dosage, instead of the flu vaccine. This was a case of the wrong drug administered in an incorrect dosage. It just so happened that it was the covid vaccine.
