  • Coffee in the morning and melatonin many nights of the week. I do an allergy pill every night before bed in the fall/spring and I recently got in to multivitamins for vit-C and vit-D.
I am also about to start working out again. I am not super overweight but I do have 30-40lbs to lose.

I do suspect that I will eventually be on high blood pressure meds (because of family history) but I am trying to do everything I can health-wise to avoid that.

I take a multivitamin and vitamin D supplement. I also take potassium pills. I get back calf cramps sometimes. I was taking vitamin C but wasn't seeing a difference. I've used melatonin but it really doesn't work as well for me the way others describe it. I get a little better sleep but not the amazing 8 hours of perfect sleep I have been told I should betting.

I also take one of those fat burner/appetite suppressing pills in the morning. They help with the urge to snack and have a bunch of caffeine. I'm a fat kid so it helps with weight control and gives me that extra boot in the morning..

Other than that, I try to stay away from prescription drugs. With things like opioid addictions, side effects from medications, and the whole vaccine thing, I try to only turn to meds and stuff as a last resort.
