That's some rough stuff. I'm glad to hear that you survived a heart attack, but sorry it happed in the first place. Sounds like you really turned your health around since then - way to go! I hope you are feeling really good these days.
My father-in-law had a heart attack about 20years ago. He hasn't had another since and is now pushing 80 years old. Proof that a heart attack can be overcome.
I believe that the heat attack was a blessing. I knew the what the symptoms were and knew I needed to get to the hospital. Once they ran the cath and put a stent in my LAD I felt like a new man after waking up in my room. To me it was a warning that I needed to change and be more healthy in my living.
