Does anyone have any graphic to show why you should measure at least 180 degrees of a circle? I remember seeing a graphic that showed the calculation of a deviated point on a small arc segment. Does anyone have any examples to show this. I am doing some training.
Just create a program with a constructed circle from points. One with 360 degrees and 12 points. Offset one point " say 0.01" from the rest and generate a True position. do the same with 90 degrees. There used to be a video that someone did that showed someone doing this and the XY and diameter exploded.
