Ticket Response Time

I put in a ticket and marked it urgent (with current SMA). Took 2-3 weeks for a response.

My SMA expired and I put a ticket in and got a response from a real person in 2 hours that my SMA had expired and they would not be able to help me.

What's wrong with this picture???

  • IF by no response, you mean that they didn't even acknowledge the fact that you turned in a ticket for 2-3 weeks, that is BS.

    But as for tech support, yeah, they have s*u*c*k*e*d for a long time on the response times. Look at my signature for an example (not MY example)

    OH, it looks like they have removed that part of the forum????? It stated that it took SEVERAL YEARS for a bug to get fixed.

    ah! now it shows back up again!
