what is your way to put balloons on your drawings, are you using special software for this, maybe freeware ?
we import the drawings as image into ms-word and put the "speech bubbles" balloons on each dimension... then we number them... this can be tedious with big prints.
maybe you can give me some ideas how we can improve this...
- freeware software ?
- ms office vba-scripts or makros to only click next to the dimension and create automatic upcounting numbers ?
i don´t think the company will buy something like "cad qs" at the moment, even if this software create excel forms out of it.
