I would say it depends on what you use in regards to what Hexagon offers in the MyCare package. From what I've read on the MyCare package you could be getting the shaft if you don't utilize what they offer or you might even come out ahead if you use what it offers
We use the tech support a lot. We have used the discount a few times. They say the price increase was for machine's older then 10 years and due to the iso rising there costs.
