Hexagon my care

It is time for us to renew my care. It went up 2000 in price. Management is upset by the increase. Who here thinks my care is good or bad and why?

  • We've been sucked into mycare plans for the last three years. It's convenient in the sense that we no longer have to deal with annual/biennial SMA plus repeating the same effort for HMA negotiations and stuff.

I'm personally more upset about how they in the past 6 years have decmiated the scope of what's covered under the HMA agreement. We used to get probe wrists replaced under HMA at no cost. We also used to have hardware costs actually included in the HMA (hence the H).

Unless you are coughing up big bucks for the 'premium' plans, now they nickel and dime (in thousands, lol) every single component regardless of the reason it failed.
