Before anyone begins making allegations, the Beer thread was not deleted on purpose.

While cleaning up old off-topic threads I inadvertently missed excluding that one. As a way to make up for it, I've reinstated the rep points.

  • The regular Ommegang label is their burgundian and my favorite, Rare Vos is a little lighter and very good as well. Three Philosophers is a blend of their beer with Lindeman's Cherry lambic (Kriek) the cherries are subtle and is excelent, don't expect a fruit beer. hennepin is one of my lesser favorites but is decent, it is made with wild yeast but is not a lambic (lambics have lactic acid bacteria). Their Witte is just as you might suspect, a wheat. I am not a wheat fan and don't usually get that one but it is a good beer. Their 10th anniversary is a Chocolate Stout made with real Belgian Chocolate. It is good.
