Smart phone "game", actually may be pretty useful for CMM geeks

I used to train on the idea that understanding geometry was crucial to understanding constructions, found this gem the other day that is pretty challenging and quite a bit of fun. Euclidea. I haven't hit a paywall on it, there appears to be some way to spend $$$, but not necessary.

  • Euclidean geometry is cool stuff. It's amazing what the ancient Greeks came up with.

    There are some cool things that we've been able to do with Euclidean geometry now, that the Greeks were unable to figure out in their time.

    I will almost definitely download this at some point (I think I may have even played a similar game before.)

    If you like this game, you might also like the Numberphile channel on YouTube. They've covered many topics that deal with Euclidean (and non-Euclidean) geometry, cartesian coordinate systems, vectors, hyperspace (higher dimensional, not faster than light), etc.
