Forum Migration message?

Man, that message at the top of this forum scares me.
This forum has such a wealth of knowledge and is a DeFacto community of peers, with which, we have developed relationships. If it gets wiped, or reorganized, it will negatively impact the knowledgebase as well as the relationships we've developed (ie the off-topic section, private message history, "tenure" and "experience" ratings etc).

Does anyone have the details of what's to come, as well as what's going to happen with this current forum?

Is Hexagon going to fire off another NJB (Next JogBox) flop, by implementing some engineering solution with ZERO "VOC" (Voice Of Customer) or end-user input?

Or is the sky falling and i'm chicken little?

You can also hover over their profile / avatar to see how many points they have. All previous ratings (Guru, Demi-Guru etc) were converted to points when the forum was migrated into Nexus.

Hmm, not sure what the leader board shows but it doesn't reflect the old 'reputation' ranking order.

Also the points (on the leader board) don't tally with the points shown when you hover over the user.

I've got 12,209 points but I'm not on the leader board

Yup, took a TON of time and someone else's computer, and yeah, this will be my last visit to this total cluster f of a mess they thought would be 'better' Can anyone say Pcdmis V3.6????????

Can anyone say "vector point issue, but distribute it anyway?" (that wasn't V3.6 though, V3.6 was just a total mess that tech support told people to uninstall as they wouldn't even offer to help with the issues it had)

Ok, now I found a major annoyance. I have kept a spreadsheet of links to the forum posts that I have found particularly helpful. None of those links work anymore.

I can probably still access them through Arcive.org, but that site is blocked at my company

Also searching google with "site:pcdmisforum.com master probe" used to work a treat.

"site: https://nexus.hexagon.com master probe" not so much

Yeah this is not good. I had a bunch of bookmarks for tips and tricks that no longer work. Dang! Hoping admin can restore functionality to all those threads!!!!

the original pcdmisforum website is dead. cross-links directly to the nexus drama. I think the "Migration" was complete yesterday. Not like there was a lot of data in the entier forum, considering they limited all our posts to what 200kb total?!
