incorrect measure and Error message

We are having problem during DCC mode the probe registered the hit point without actual contact, we tried to calibrate the probe but it happen the same thing, it beeped without the hit on the sphere. attached is the error message . Please advise how to solve this issue. Thanks

How long is your probe? It sounds like you are getting false triggers due to the length/weight of your probe. As the probe makes its moves in quick successions, it potentially can shake and "trigger" the probe.
