This code has not been extensively tested and I cannot be held responsible to any damages done by running the code. You run this on your own risk.
For starters, create a program that simply does nothing more than displays an operator comment with some text, just to see how/that it works. If you choose to include this in an production environment - then that is totally up to you. As always, tweak the code to your own liking.
It's more like a proof of concept than a complete solution - the customized solution is left for you to create.

Save this as 'starter.vbs'. Then edit the path to the partprogram to reflect the partprogram you wish to run. Change the CMM1 to whatever machine interface you want to use and save it.
Make sure PC-DMIS is running and then doubleclick the starter.vbs to start, execute and save/close the partprogram.

just a little thing more ...how to do that not display the message: "you want to load the probe"?..that's to run in automatic...I do not want to ask because it expects a response and does not start until I say "yes"
I don't get that message when running the code over here. I have a LOADPROBE command in the partprogram (test.PRG) and I don't know if that could prevent the probe message. Check your probe tool settings and the program in question for a LOADPROBE command. Try insert a LOADPROBE command into your program if it don't exist already. Other than that, maybe inserting a probe command in the starter.vbs code could help out, but try the above first.
I also I have that command. If I take it off, I get a message that the probe is not calibrated. So I have a configuration.
Yesterday remove it, but did not run the program and exits.

F9 in LOADPROBE,
select SETUP and MARK the option :
"Don't ask operator for currently loaded probe file when using a proge changer" ...and !ready! no ask for the probe.
