Vision - Edge Filtering Techniques

Hey guys,

I have about 4 "Round Slots" that are all within each other probably about 50µm bigger in diameter than the next. The conventional finding tools just are not working. I am still only touching the waters of customized coding but do any of you have any experience with using complex coding to customizing search fields.

Sorry I forgot to add that my main issue is that with my 10x lens the entire feature(s) fit into my FOV but it can't distinguish the different edges accurately.

  • Image attached guys. There are hundreds of these holes and I need to distinguish and measure each one for each set of holes. Any ideas. Coloring or altering what I see isn't possible.

    I also recently found out our OGP has a color scale whilst our Optiv only has gray which is very unfortunate because the OGP picks up features way better than our Optiv. I wish it was the other way around.
