We've recently purchased PC Dmis and have found that we can run a new program once, then on the subsequent runs the probe head will stop at the same position on the Y axis and return the error:
"Level 3 Axis Y error (0x9) please reset emergency"
Can anybody help me resolve this issue? we can't get any joy out of the Help function on the software.
We can manually move the probe across the table without any problems and we are not close to the limits of travel.
