reverse order of features?

Hi I want to mirror a bunch of features, but it would be really cool if I could reverse the order of the mirrored features as it would speed up the cycle time so it doesnt have to go all the way to the other side of the part. (i.e. Im programming the bottom half left to right, when I mirror to the top, I would like it to go right to left, not left to right again). Is there a way to do this without using "optimize path" and hoping PCDMIS doesnt mess up clearance moves?

Thanks

  • Yes, the features would be measured in the same order. If you start program with datum-A- plane, datum -B- hole on left side, datum -C- hole on right side. After mirroring that program it would still measure datum -A- first datum -B- second and datum -C- third. Only now your datum -B- is on the right side and datum -C- on the left.
