Acceleration parameters

2000 vintage Mistral 775 / PcDmis V4.2 MR1
This CMM accelerates veeeerrrry slowly, & I think maybe someone has been tinkering with some of the machine parameters.
QUESTION 1 - Under F10, Acceleration, the Maximum Acceleration values are X=0, Y=0, Z=0. Is this correct for this CMM?
QUESTION 2 - Are there other settings I should be looking at?

those values determine the acceleration of your cmm, if they are set low (zero) then your acceleration will be extremely slow if not null. try tuning up the values to an acceleration that seems acceptable. i don't have a vintage minstral, we primarily use B&S advantages but we use accel values of approx 300 as a standard value here.
