We just purchased a new Tesa Star HH-MI-M Manual indexing head for our Sheffield CMM. It didn't come with any installation instructions. I am sure I could figure it out but don't want to damage anything in the process seeing that I have never done it before. Does anyone out there have any information or experience with this?
Pretty simple, 4 screws and a pigtail connector. Once installed make sure to rotate it to A90B0 and A90B180 positions to make sure it is square. Getting the probe head square is the most important thing when replacing
