Good day all,
I am attempting to start programming using a read point alignment. I am either not doing it right at all or I think the issue might be that I am using clearance cube.
Slowly but surely we are trying to move to the direction of the operator not doing much probing.
Right now I use R&R Fixtures and have a few programs that need no manual alignment by the operator.
I live in massachusetts and work from 7am-430pm EST. If you need help tomorrow, comment back on this & I'll send you my cell # and I will try my best to walk you through this if you'd like
The only way, no busted joysticks, drifting axes trying to drive, misinterpreting or ignoring instructions, etc. I know it can't be done everywhere but when you can it saves a lot of time hassle and money.
Pariah, does this require an external alignment to be saved or can you set the readpoint at the machine and save it at the machine. This way, you can close the program, reopen it and not position the probe for the readpoint?
