Lines to Spheres Scan appearance?

I searched the forum and came up empty handed. I have 2 seats of PcDmis one shows scans as small little black lines and the other shows them as spheres and colored according to deviation. I want both to be colored spheres. Anyone?

That's the smart thing to do, even if it doesn't correct this particular problem. We've done the same on some of our online computers.

Well you can weed out the graphics card, it's a fairly good one NVIDIA Quadro M4000 4GB

2 offline stations show colored spheres and 1 online machine does not. Time to go on the hunt for all Online machines around campus.

Try F5 ~ Dimension tab ~
Make sure that FEATURES USE DIMENSION COLORS is marked on both. Can't hurt to try this.

Also, are the dimension colors set to the same for both (also can't hurt to check/try this).

Sorry went home yesterday, was tired of talking to you I still believe it is a setting somewhere. I did notice my scans are still black. I myself have a pretty kick a$$ video card and my scans do not color. now of course my points do, since I changed that setting. I'll still see if I can't find something.
