Yes, you have to go to Insert...Report Command...Analysis. Select the dimension in question, Click View Window... From there, go to Options...Dimension options... and uncheck Show tolerance lines (and anything else in that window you want to uncheck). Click OK, close the window, close the window where you pick from, then toggle the GRAPHICS on the feature in question.
