PCDMIS Issue at launch

When PCDMIS 2019 R2 is launched, I cannot open, create files: basically can't do anything. I submitted a ticket 4 days ago, called Hexagon and they said "We are really busy and someone will get back to you." The machine being down is causing a lot of issues within the department / company.
Any idea why this would be happening???

    I have very similar issue in work on one of CMM Dea Classic 7.7.5 run on PC-Dmis 2017 R1.
    Issue is come to one of account use to run PC-Dmis. And only for one of few accounts!! and is back every month time even if we delate fully this account from PC for this personal and he start from clean.
    1. Error is show TCP/IP send error=10053 2745
    2. PC-Dmis launcher don't respond, is not let to open PCDLRN to run.
    This account has same privileges as my (admin).
    When i log out this account and self log in everything works perfect or any other personal login everything works fine. (without any restarted PC or CMM)

    a) When I run on this account Task​ Manager and in Details after click on PC-Dmis (launcher) its show but don't try to open "PCDLRN".
    b) Then I end task of "launcher"
    c) Open straight "PCDLRN.exe" without launcher, in TM is show plus launcher is opening but program don't opening.
    d) If then I end task "Launcher", PC-Dmis is opening.

    Any idea whats is happen? Why this is happen only in one account on PC?
    Why is back almost exactly after month?
    How to fix this for good?


    I encountered this while installing 2022.2 SP3.
    It "fixed itself" by restarting the computer and restarting the CMM (in any order you like).

    Have you set this account exactly the same as the other accounts?
