The problem here sir, is that you don't get it, and you are expecting us to hand it to you on a silver platter. Louis, I dont think its hit him yet that they were referring to him and not you. You gave the right answers and I could follow along even with my limited time on the software. This seems like a case of a newbie programmer thats got a big chip on their shoulder that needs more training and less ego. I, like ninja, was going to chime in to help however I could until the condescending crap started. Props for sticking around as long as you did to try and help him, id have given up much sooner.
