Calculation of deviation when texture is on flateness

I have aligned one part and pln-1 in Y axis origin, after pln measurement when i report flatness of pln-1 with texture on options the meas value of y axis points does not match to the deviation. Could you please explain me the are different from each other and how the deviation is calculated.

Sir i have level the plane H and rotated the pln-1 and the alignment is done properly so after all ok alignment shows the deviation is different from meas value

You need to show all the hits in your snap shot only the MIN is shown what is the MAX hit.
