WAI folder is missing, Many registry errors.

I'm working for another organization with complicated security protocols, and after they installed PC-DMIS for me (as I am not an administrator) I began to see frequent registry errors. When I try to follow the instructions elsewhere on the forum for permissions and whatnot, I am confronted with the problem that the WAI folder doesn't existAstonished. I looked in both Program Files and Program Files (x86). How did this happen, and how do I unhappen it? I didn't PC-DMIS would even run without that folderConfused. I have the administrator coming back and I need to know what to tell her to do.

/WAI/ directories and folders are now titled /HEXAGON/ after PCDMIS v2016. literally replace the every instance of WAI in the above image with the HEXAGON and you should be set.
Don't forget about registry keys as well.

Per the Hexagon support page, the following is what they say is required:

Yes- if the end user is denied local admin access on their PC to run PC-DMIS, then ask IT to make the following changes to the application's install folders and registry branches below.

Grant the user's account full permissions on all of our Hexagon application folders here:

    • C:\Program Files\Hexagon (64-bit installs)
    • C:\ProgramData\Hexagon
In the registry you should also explicitly give the same user full permissions to the following branches:
    • HCU\Software\Hexagon
    • HKLM\Software\Hexagon
    • HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Hexagon
    HU\.DEFAULT\Software\Hexagon
