Lower Matrix Cal. crashes/New computer

I apologize if this has already been brought up, I could not find anything specific to my issue.

Using: PC DMIS 2022.2, Hexagon Global EVO CMM, HH-AS8-T2.5, HP-S-X1H, 5x20mm probe, Windows 11

When the CMM/PC was first moved to the new computer and the calibration was attempted for the first time it would give a "Command argument missing or invalid" error. This was fixed by changing the parameters in the Edit-Machine Interface window and changing the X Y Z axis to match the respected axis (it defaulted to using +Z for the X and Y)
Now when the calibration is attempted it will calibrate the TRAX with no errors but a non-TRAX, where it touch probes and then scans the Cal. Sphere, it gives me a "error in calculating deflection matrix" error.
I was instructed to do a Lower Matrix cal. cycle. I followed all the prompts by PC DMIS and the first portion of the cal. cycle is fine but when it says "Sweep Sphere" in the status window it will touch probe the same spot on the cal. ball repeatedly (20+ times) then crash into the cal. ball as if it is trying to move to the other side of it but tries to move through it.

The CMM is down and parts are backed up so if anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
