Having a flip in a Program to Flip Part on Table, heights not coming out right

I have a pretty large part I have to flip to get some dimensions on the other side. Everything runs fine through the program but my dimensions for heights from one side to the other aren't coming out right. I am using PCDMIS 2020 r1 with legacy.
