I seem to be having a problem with my circles showing oversized parameters, though the hit spots are right on the part. I have re-done the program 3 times, as well as reset measured values to nominals and I am still having this problem. This is causing my readings to be about 50,000inch out of tolerance. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Ive seen this happen when measuring circles manually when the incorrect workplane is used but not during dcc. Throw some sample hits on that thing or give it a projection plane and it should remove any issues you are having.
You say if you clear the features you can see the CAD ? You using measured circles or AUTO CIRCLES. I am guessing your workplane is wrong. Duplicate the features with AUTO CIRCLES and I bet its correct.
2 manual hits for alignment ? How does that work ? so many things that could be going wrong here.
