MMC Question

Hello All,

I have a callout on a print that places MMC on all Datums in the DRF (see attached), but PC DMIS will only allow me to place MMC on the other thru hole. I'm not exactly sure why. Any help will be appreciated - and thanks in advance.

How are you supposed to get MMC on a flat surface.
