How big are the differences a few micron that could be the uncertainty of measurement or something greater.
Are all the alignment and measured feature hits the same as any variation will have an effect on results, all features must have identical setups to have good correlation.

Are the 2 programmes identical in how the features are measured, same number of hits, same positions, same speeds that's what you need to check and are the deviations just machine uncertainty.
UKCMM, yes, I just deleted all the full layout points and added new points for the Capability. But the points I added are pretty much in the same spot as the full layout program. Is it because I re-added points to the capability? Should i re-do the Capability and save as again and then just keep the points in the full layout that im using for the capability?
