I am using the Thread scanning strategy and when I initially program it and execute it using "Measure Now" it works great. When I try to execute the program I get an error no probing within limits.......

Try increasing the search window distances. F10, Motion tab, prehit, retract, check distance. Increase all of them for example preh.125, retractd.125, checkd .120 (inches).
