I've had a problem with nominal values in a scan changed in a loop, even if noms were assignments !!!!!
(tried open linear scan, basic scan and free form scan, always the same)
I went into the setting editor, search "update" and found "UpdateBelowChangedAlignmentDuringExecution", which is by default on 0, while it should be at 1 to don't change values !!!!!
If that can help... (some hours lost on this, I thought it came from the rotary
