Looks like you have saved the routine back to an older version and there are new commands that weren't previously supported - as it says. Normally, you should see a prompt when saving back, warning you of this and giving you the chance to cancel. In this case, either the warning didn't show (check it hasn't been disabled by somebody clicking "don't ask me again") or it did show but you clicked OK.
But why would a "comment" not be supported? Have those changed drastically?

They need to view it in command mode. It is not the comment that is not supported, rather, unsupported commands get converted to comments during the back-save process
