Below is a print that I am doing a capability on. Bottom right corner of the print its asking for a 3D angle of 44 degrees and .8 degrees. I'm assuming center of one hole to another. When I try to report it, its giving me a deviation over 1 mm. These Angles should have 0 deviation I would think. Maybe I am doing the angle dimension wrong. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
are we talking about position 21?
depends on the production, but the angle sensor can be broken or someone turned the thing by hand for drilling.
I means its possible the angle can be extremely far away.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you if you programmed everything correctly if you don't post your code.
(I would dimmension the angle of a line from the center of the rod to the center of the hole)
