I'm not 100% sure how to ask this question. We just recently upgraded our software from 2011 MR1 to 2022.2. There was some trouble getting the PC to talk to the CMM afterward due to a serial driver being outdated maybe. Anyway, IT got the breakdown in communication fixed but I'm not sure what they did to fix it. They were connected remotely and I couldn't see what they were doing
Anyway, I have a program that has been migrated to version 2022. There is a diameter approx. 4.200" that I scan. Previously, in 2011 MR1 once the scan finished the program would pause for a second, (I just assume scan data was being transferred) then it would proceed to the next feature. Now, after the scan completes, the program pauses for 4.5 minutes before proceeding. Is there a setting somewhere that controls how or how fast the scan data is transferred? Or is there possibly another problem going on here? Wondering if anybody else has encountered this... Thx
